Victoria Eubanks
Background Information
Victoria Eubanks brings thirty years of graphic sensibility and design experience to her art studio. This veteran designer and creative director stepped away from her clientele and her computer, to pursue a more tactile interest in fine art.
Victoria primarily paints with encaustic medium, but she is also a printmaker and a photographer. She will combine bit of each in a single piece and wax finds its way to most of of it. Victoria’s abstracts contain intended imperfections— lopsided rounds, rough scrafitto lines, uneven repetition, organic shapes, scraping, textures and the occasional recognizable item.
Recent recognition includes a coveted Best of SAM by ASLD, Best in Fine Art award from the Castle Rock Chamber, Featured Artist for the Fine Art Market at the Arvada Center and inclusion in the Best of Colorado Show many times. Victoria has twice curated the biannual WAX Stories juried exhibition in Denver. She is a long time member of the MIX Co-op in the Arts District on Santa Fe, and a founding member of EXPAND artists. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Denver’s Art Students League.
Victoria’s artwork has been included in over 60 exhibitions and hangs in numerous private and corporate collections, including Adventist Hospitals, Denver Health Center, High Plains Consulting, LTP Wealth Management, Polsinelli Law Firm, PNC Bank, Red Peak Development, UC Health Centers, and University of Colorado, Boulder.
Victoria Eubanks has a passion for teaching, her classes are favorites at the Art Students League of Denver, Curtis Center for the Arts and Foothills Art Center. Her work can be seen locally at Niza Knoll Gallery, Westward Gallery, Framed Image Gallery and online at VictoriaEubanksArt.com
